  • Siân Williams

Siân, a School Improvement & Inclusion Recruitment Consultant, joined Education Futures in 2012, bringing a wealth of experience in delivering a recruitment solution that goes beyond expectations. She provides interim, consultancy and permanent support within the North West and West Midlands, and prides herself on going that extra mile to ensure the best possible delivery for her clients.Siân enjoys meeting, speaking and liaising with people in order to fulfil their specialist recruitment needs.

  • Ellen Shepherd

Ellen has a pragmatic approach to identifying and attracting the very best talent across the West Midlands. She joined Education Futures from a large high street agency and has used this experience and tenacity when contacting clients, developing networks and finding out the best contacts to liaise with at the right level. Ellen is confident in going the extra mile and always strives to achieve successful results under all circumstances.

  • Craig Farnsworth

Craig, a School Improvement & Inclusion Recruitment Consultant joined Education Futures in 2013. Craig is an ex Secondary Teacher and an experienced Consultant who has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Education. Craig currently looks after the South East, East Midlands and East Anglia and prides himself on offering quality candidates and a service which exceeds expectations.

  • Natasha Cranfield

Natasha joined Futures in January 2015 as a specialist Education Recruitment Consultant and works with clients across the south west of England, South East coast and Wales. Natasha has a degree from York St John University and started working for York City Council as a Fitness Consultant and later as a Primary Education Specialist, where she used her knowledge and experience in teaching and learning and Physical Education to deliver improvement programmes across York’s schools. These were targeted at improving standards in schools facing challenge and supporting other schools maintain their ‘outstanding status’. She has an in depth knowledge of what it takes to deliver positive results through pupil engagement and curriculum design and is aware of current Ofsted regulations, particularly for assessment in schools. In her role at Futures, Natasha engages with clients and candidates openly and effectively, delivering cost effective solutions for Local Authorities and Academies, independent and special schools. Further to this Natasha supports senior appointments within Local authorities including: Heads of Service for School improvement and SEN and Early Years’ service requirements. Natasha’s deep understanding of the Education system enables her to get to grips with complex situations quickly, for which she identifies, matches and provides the highest performing individuals that make the difference.

  • Katie Falkingham

Katie, a recruitment consultant covering requirements across Yorkshire , Humberside and North East. Specialising in School Improvement, Inclusion and Senior Leadership. Having started her career as an educational resourcer , Katie is now equipped to provide Interim and Permanent support to these specific areas and prides herself on providing the highest quality service her clients and candidates deserve.

  • Holly Jordan

Holly worked for several years in sales and marketing before joining the recruitment Industry. Holly brings with her significant experience in the Primary Education sector and understands how important it is to raise teaching and learning standards, especially for schools in challenging circumstances. Holly covers Yorkshire and the North East England for Education Futures and provides support to local Governors and Senior Leadership teams especially in time critical situations. Holly takes a consultative approach to recruitment and is very successful in identifying and attracting the very best talent across School Improvement, SEN & Inclusion.

  • David Robinson

David is a School Leadership, School Improvement and SEN consultant who has worked in education recruitment since graduating from his Masters degree in 2015. He has worked at Education Futures since the start of 2017.

David focuses on roles within London, working with Schools, Academy Trusts and Local Authorities to appoint the highest quality candidates for a broad range of roles. David prides himself on efficiency without compromising on customer service.

  • Chris Stanhope

Chris has a background of working in education and works alongside Sian covering the West Midlands and North West. Chris works with a broad range of Educational Professionals including Senior Leaders, School Improvement Advisors, SEN Caseworkers and Educational Psychologists across schools, local authorities and Academy Trusts.
