Education Futures are currently working with a larger than average Primary School to secure an interim Deputy Head for ASAP. The School is currently graded as good by Ofsted and is highly though of by parents and staff alike.

The School are looking for an experienced Senior Leader who can assist the Head on the journey to making the School outstanding. The role will focus on improving teaching & learning across the School and will involve a lot of coaching & mentoring, while supporting the Headteacher in the day to day running of the School. The role is non-teaching and the school are looking for a leader with an excellent track record. The School are flexible on the number of days with 3 being a minimum.
